Most issues solved within days
Roller shutters need regular care to keep operating smoothly. Clean with warm, mild soapy water and a soft cloth, and use silicone spray on the tracks so the curtain glides easily.
If you do run into issues, our experienced team has access to most common roller shutter parts. Because shutters are all made to different sizes we sometimes need a few days to order in the right colour part — but most issues can be solved within just a few days.
